Location:<br><br>Mysore, KA, IN<br><br>Areas of Work: Supply Chain Job Id: 14520<br><br><strong>External Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li> Ensure that the paint transfers from the mixer to the filling machine</li><li> Ensure that the nozzles are filling in adequate quantity of paint</li><li> Train technicians on the inputs (price, batch number) on the printer for labeling and MF MAT 18</li><li> Ensure the accuracy of label orientation and printing message</li><li> Ensure that the necessary packing materials are available</li><li> Instruct the fork lift person to place the lids and cartons at appropriate lines</li><li> Troubleshoot any problems which may arise in the packing line</li><li> Transfer of finished goods and their storage in the ASRS</li><li> Maintain the Production report on a daily basis</li><li> Ensure the safety of the people working in the block</li><li> Ensure that scrap is disposed properly</li><li> Reading the shift report and understanding the current status of work</li><li> Ensuring that there are enough lids & Cartons to continue packing without stoppage</li><li> Ensuring the shop floor stock of finished goods to be minimum</li><li> Ensure that correct data is entered into image printers and on the label from MES according to MF MAT 18</li><li> Ensure that correct data has been fed into the packing machine for weight per litre.</li><li> Start the batch in co-ordination with the Sr-officer</li><li> Ensure that no foreign substance is mixed with paint</li><li> Carry out SPC of machines, Ensuring packing line is clean .</li><li> Ensure 5S of the working area.</li></ul>
