EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS - 3+ YEARS - REMOTE

Crescendo Global has been exclusively mandated to hire an Executive Assistant Manufacturing Operations for a rapidly growing consumer company with its own manufacturing and R&D operations.

This is a high-ownership Executive Assistant role supporting a Factory Operator / Plant Head. You will manage their calendar, travel, communication, follow-ups and plant coordination while staying closely connected with production, procurement, quality, supply chain and finance teams.

This is not a passive scheduling or reception role. The ideal candidate should understand how a factory operates and be able to identify what is urgent, what can wait and what needs escalation.

Our client is a profitable and rapidly growing D2C consumer company with its own manufacturing and R&D operations in the beauty and personal-care space.

The organization operates multiple consumer brands and offers an opportunity to work closely with senior manufacturing leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Factory Operator / Plant Head's calendar, meetings, plant visits and travel arrangements end to end.
  2. Coordinate with Plant Operations, Production, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance teams to track deliverables and follow up on pending actions.
  3. Schedule production reviews, vendor meetings, shift handovers and other plant-related meetings while proactively identifying scheduling conflicts.
  4. Track vendor deliveries, compliance deadlines, license renewals, audits and other operational timelines to ensure nothing is missed.
  5. Manage emails, prepare production and operations reports, MIS trackers, notes and internal communications on behalf of the Factory Operator / Plant Head.
  6. Handle confidential production, vendor and financial information with complete discretion.
  7. Coordinate expense reports, vendor invoices and administrative requirements related to plant operations.
  8. Maintain organised records, compliance trackers and filing systems for plant-related activities.
Requirements
  1. 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Factory Operator, Plant Head or Manufacturing Operations Leader.
  2. Strong understanding of production, procurement, manufacturing and compliance cycles.
  3. Excellent written communication with the ability to draft clear and professional emails, reports and internal communication.
  4. Strong calendar management, travel planning, coordination and follow-up skills.
  5. High level of discretion and experience handling confidential business, production, vendor or financial information.
  6. Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate requirements and manage changing priorities.
  7. Comfortable working remotely while maintaining close coordination with plant and corporate teams.
  8. Proficiency in MS Excel, email, calendars, spreadsheets and ERP/productivity tools.
