Etsy & Amazon USA Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Etsy & Amazon USA Account Manager to manage and grow our online stores. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listings, SEO, inventory management, order processing, PPC campaigns, and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize Etsy and Amazon USA product listings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
  • Manage inventory and pricing.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer messages, returns, and order issues.
  • Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze sales reports and recommend growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Etsy and Amazon marketplace policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Etsy and/or Amazon USA seller accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Etsy Seller Dashboard.
  • Experience with product listing optimization and keyword research.
  • Understanding of Amazon PPC and marketplace analytics.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or EverBee.
  • Graphic design or basic image editing skills.
  • Knowledge of product sourcing and inventory planning.
