Role Overview

As an Entry‑Level Accounting Data Entry Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations. Your primary focus will be on processing UPS and freight damage claims, reconciling supplier invoices, and maintaining meticulous records in reputed company. Key Responsibilities

  • Claims Processing: Submit UPS and freight damage claims daily, prioritizing older claims to maximize refunds. Complete all related paperwork and update claim status documents at each stage.
  • Invoice Management: Review, price‑check, and approve all supplier invoices before payment. Resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and payments in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Vendor Payments: Create accurate vendor payments, ensuring discounts are applied appropriately and payments are made on time.
  • Data Integrity: Enter and verify data in reputed company with a high level of accuracy. Maintain organized records and ensure all documents reflect the current status of claims and payments.
  • Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from colleagues and vendors. Serve as a reliable point of contact for claim status updates and payment queries.
  • Travel & Collaboration: Attend the NY headquarters office once per year for internal meetings and team‑building activities. Travel expenses for employees outside the area are covered by arenaflex.
