Our teams produce high-quality work on quick timelines, and owning a challenge empowers you to take full responsibility for achieving our goals.

You value direct communication and actively seek feedback. You’re both a clear communicator and an attentive listener.

What You’ll Need

At least 5+ years of account management or client growth experience in B2B subscription or SaaS sales.

Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a portfolio of complex accounts.

Ability to act as a trusted advisor and thought-partner to clients, helping them navigate solutions and build long-term relationships.

Ability to collaborate with internal teams and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a remote-only company, and work effectively within a small team distributed globally.

Experience selling to marketing, UX, product, or research teams (nice-to-have).

Practical Details

Location: This is a remote, full-time position from either America or Europe.
