Email and SMS Copywriter

To support a growing DTC brand, the remote Email/SMS Copywriter will write lifecycle copy for email and SMS communications, manage the weekly campaign calendar, and conduct testing to optimize engagement and revenue. Key responsibilities: • Write email and SMS copy for various customer lifecycle stages, including welcome, abandonment, and winback messages • Own and manage the weekly campaign calendar, including crafting subject lines, preview text, and calls to action • Run tests on subject lines and offers, analyzing results to refine and improve ongoing communication strategies Required qualifications: • 3+ years of direct response copywriting experience for DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands, with a focus on email and SMS • Proven ability to link copy performance to measurable results such as open rates and conversions • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email service providers, including knowledge of flows and segments • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasive writing techniques • Experience writing for subscription or replenishment models, including cancel-save communication Apply To this Job
