Electrician – Panel Wiring & Industrial Machinery

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical panel wiring for packaging machines as per electrical drawings.
  • Carry out machine wiring and control wiring during machine assembly.
  • Read and understand electrical circuit and wiring diagrams.
  • Wire and connect motors, sensors, proximity sensors, solenoid valves, relays, contactors, MCBs, terminal blocks and switches.
  • Perform cable cutting, ferruling, crimping, cable dressing and proper termination.
  • Connect electrical panels with packaging machines.
  • Perform machine electrical testing and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and rectify wiring and electrical faults during machine testing.
  • Assist the engineering team during machine commissioning and trial runs.
  • Maintain proper quality and safety standards during wiring work.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in industrial machine wiring and electrical panel wiring.
  • Good knowledge of electrical components and control circuits.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings.
  • Experience with motors, sensors, relays, contactors and control panels.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical safety practices.
  • Experience in packaging machinery / industrial machinery manufacturing will be an advantage.

Qualification

  • ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical preferred.
  • Candidates with relevant industrial machine wiring experience can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
