About the role

The Delivery Operations Coordinator supports Crunchyroll’s global content distribution workflows, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery of video, audio, subtitles, artwork, and metadata to partners, licensors, and internal systems. This role provides cross-timezone coverage between U.S. and India, working closely with Media Operations, Production Management, and third-party vendors to monitor storefronts, validate material readiness, and coordinate outbound deliveries for both owned-and-operated (O&O) and partner platforms.

  • Coordinate and track outbound deliveries to partners such as Delta, GCD, and licensors, ensuring timely and accurate file submissions across multiple time zones.
  • Support daily delivery operations aligned to partner deadlines and content cycles (e.g., Delta Studio monthly cycles, GCD content updates, licensor drops).
  • Validate that all delivery elements meet required technical specs (e.g., video format, audio layout, subtitles, metadata, and artwork).
  • Serve as the liaison between Media Ops, Production Management, and external vendors (e.g., Sony Panama, Touch, IFEC providers) to troubleshoot issues and confirm delivery success.
  • Maintain delivery trackers and Airtable records to ensure all deliverables are logged and auditable.
  • Conduct daily storefront checks to confirm availability, metadata accuracy, and subtitle/audio alignment on live platforms.
  • Escalate and document storefront discrepancies such as missing assets, incorrect territories, or metadata mismatches.
  • Perform material readiness checks ahead of publish or delivery deadlines to verify all required assets are approved, QC’d, and available.
  • Provide overlapping coverage between U.S. and Hyderabad to ensure near-continuous delivery oversight.
  • Partner with global teams to hand off ongoing tasks and ensure end-to-end visibility for each delivery window.
  • Support EST shift coverage to align with vendor and partner business hours.

About You

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital media operations, delivery coordination, or content servicing.
  • You are proficient in asset management, storage, and systems, including familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions and file transfer protocols (e.g., AWS S3, GCP, FTP, or Aspera).
  • Strong understanding of video/audio/subtitle file types, and metadata packaging.
  • You have knowledge of industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to track multiple concurrent deliveries.
  • Experience with tools like Airtable, Aspera, GCP, and content management systems preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver who can work independently across time zones.
  • Familiarity with anime, entertainment, or streaming media is a plus.
