Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Verification Associate to join our dynamic team within a leading research agency. In this role, you will be responsible for validating, cleaning, and verifying critical data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability for research-based projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and verify data collected from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in datasets, and take corrective actions when required.

  • Perform quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity standards.

  • Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and project managers to align on data requirements and reporting needs.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of verification processes and audit trails.

  • Ensure compliance with internal data policies, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.

  • Support ad-hoc data validation tasks for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in data verification, data entry, research support, or a similar role.

  • Experience working in a research agency, consultancy, or data-driven organization is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with data quality assurance tools and techniques is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Standard office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

  • Flexibility may be required during peak project periods.

  • Hybrid/remote working arrangements may be available depending on project requirements.
