Key Responsibilities Hybrid On‑Site Presence: Work primarily from our modern Evanston office, with occasional remote tasks as needed. Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain meticulous logs of every data entry transaction, ensuring traceability and audit readiness. Same‑Day Processing: Meet strict service level agreements by processing incoming requests on the day they are received. File Management: After training, rename, split, and organize large data files to streamline downstream workflows. Mail Operations: Operate envelope inserters, mail sorters, and related equipment efficiently, handling both inbound and outbound correspondence. Mail Sorting & Classification: Sort incoming mail by data type, prioritizing items that require immediate attention. Follow‑Up Communication: Contact financial institutions via phone or email to resolve missing or incomplete account information, ensuring completeness before final entry.
