Data Entry Operator - Night Shift (Delhi Location)

Job Summary:
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team in Delhi. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and possess excellent data entry skills. As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate data management and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company. This is a night shift position, making it perfect for those looking to work during non-traditional hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain various types of data in the companys system and databases.

  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Process a high volume of data entries with speed and precision.

  • Organize and categorize data for easy access and retrieval.

  • Generate and prepare reports as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.

  • Collaborate with team members and assist in troubleshooting any data-related issues.

  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the supervisor or management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40-50 WPM.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with data entry software and tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Ability to work during night shifts (flexible schedule available).

Experience:

Working Hours:

  • Night shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible timing available)

  • 5 working days a week (weekend shifts required).
