As a Data Analyst, you will help drive the analysis behind critical decisions related to operations, process, and optimizations. You will turn unstructured problems with lots of ambiguity into focused plans of execution, creating analytical frameworks to support new initiatives and products.

This role requires you to be a big-picture thinker and strategic partner who can move with urgency and care. You'll need to take ownership of your work, stay adaptable through constant change, and demonstrate resilience when navigating the messy reality of doing big things at scale. What you'll do

  • Perform deep-dive analyses on large datasets to unpack insights and recommend solutions to complex business problems.
  • Build and maintain data products, such as dashboards and automated reports, to ensure teams have a 360° view of critical decision-making dimensions.
  • Translate ambiguous questions into data-driven recommendations, communicating complex technical concepts in a simple and concise manner to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to build analytics solutions and drive operational efficiency.
  • Own the data validation and quality assurance process, ensuring that all technical output is thorough and meets high standards for accuracy.
  • Navigate shifting priorities and technical debt while identifying patterns to improve existing processes and help the business move forward.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of technical experience in a data-focused role, such as business analytics and intelligence or data science and engineering
  • SQL proficiency with proven ability to write and understand complex queries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate SQL skills.
  • High technical proficiency in common analytics & reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Experience in Python
  • Experience working with customer support or customer insights.
  • Advanced data analysis skills leading to actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in leading high-visibility projects and influencing others in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Curious, self-directed, and impact-driven-you chase high-impact problems to deliver solutions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and switching contexts in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in communicating with and presenting to senior leader.
  • Strong storytelling ability:Distilling exciting and hard-to-find insights into a compelling, concise data story.
  • Comfort in working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in data extraction, wrangling, and building pipelines.
