Responsibilities

Convert inquiries into orders via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and website chat.

Answer customer queries regarding product details, sizing, care, and delivery status.

Manage order logging, handle abandoned carts, and coordinate with dispatch.

Take complete ownership of shift targets and response times.

Requirements

Character: High honesty, dependability, and a proactive ownership mindset.

Skills: Clear, polite communication in English and Hindi; fast chat response speed.

Fit: Comfortable with the 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM shift; interest in fashion jewellery is a plus.
