Position: Customer Support Executive – Customer Delight Process

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails for the Customer Delight Process.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handle order-related concerns such as delivery delays, refunds, replacements, and other customer queries.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and case updates.
  • Meet required quality and productivity standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, both spoken and written.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Must have a laptop/desktop with minimum 8GB RAM and Windows 10.
  • Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
  • Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • 9 working hours per shift, including 8 productive hours + 1-hour break.
  • Comfortable using a personal phone for calls. Number masking will be provided so your personal number is not revealed to customers.
  • Comfortable being on camera during shift hours, training, and interview.
  • 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.
  • On-the-job training will be provided. Certification is mandatory after successful completion of training.
Salary Details Freshers – 18,000 CTC
  • Monthly Salary: 12,790
  • Quarterly Salary: 16,365
  • PF Deduction: 1,717
  • ESIC Deduction: 475
  • Bonus: 1,192
Experienced – 19,600 CTC
  • Monthly Salary: 14,327
  • Quarterly Salary: 17,903
  • PF Deduction: 1,717
  • ESIC Deduction: 538
