Job description Role & responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, and comments) in accordance with company policies and community guidelines. Identify, investigate, and remove inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content. Ensure high levels of accuracy and quality while reviewing content within defined productivity targets. Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive content professionally. Stay up to date with moderation policies, processes, and quality standards. Document review decisions and maintain accurate records. Report trends, recurring issues, and potential risks identified during content review. Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets. Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data security standards. Participate in training sessions and continuous process improvement initiatives. Preferred candidate profile Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to make objective decisions based on defined guidelines. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required. Previous experience in content moderation, non-voice process, trust & safety, or customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
