💼 Debt Recovery Supervisor / Team Leader 💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month 🎯 Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month 💵 Total Earning: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000+ per month 📜 Required Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is mandatory/preferred 🔹 Job Role We are looking for an experienced Debt Recovery Supervisor / Team Leader to manage and supervise a team of collection executives, drive recovery performance, and ensure achievement of assigned collection targets. 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities Manage, guide, and monitor a team of Debt Recovery / Collection Executives . Allocate cases and ensure timely follow-up on assigned accounts. Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, collections, and team performance. Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets . Handle escalated customer cases and support team members in difficult negotiations. Develop effective recovery strategies to improve collection and recovery rates. Track individual team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and collection reports . Ensure accurate updating of customer and payment information in CRM/system. Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment updates, case status, and escalations. Ensure that all recovery activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines. 🔹 Candidate Requirements DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate is required/preferred. Prior experience in Debt Recovery, Collections, Banking Collections, Telecalling Collections, or Field Collections will be an advantage. Experience in handling and managing a recovery/collection team. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Good knowledge of collection processes and recovery techniques. Strong leadership and team-management abilities. Target-oriented with a strong focus on recovery performance. Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MIS reporting .
