The role will involve independently managing workload and ensuring cases are rejected if a change is not agreed with. Cross skilling across all processes within the department is also an essential part of the role – Unified Client Hierarchy, Identity Service, Data Remediation and so forth as the department expands. Support will also be required towards playing a key role in contributing to team meetings, and working alongside colleagues in Chennai, Noida and Glasgow. The successful applicant will undergo a training period on all processes and will also complete an accreditation process to ensure the correct decisions are being made. There will also be an opportunity to work on some technology initatives and learn about the Bank as a whole and the offerings provided as the department expands.What will you be doing?
