We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Call Center Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team in India, drive lead generation efforts, increase customer acquisition, and support business growth through effective sales strategies and team leadership.

Position Summary The Call Center Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a high-performing outbound sales team focused on prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, appointment setting, and sales conversions. The successful candidate will possess strong B2B sales management experience and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through inside sales and call center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and team leads.
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales conversion initiatives.
  • Establish sales goals and KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Develop sales scripts, outreach strategies, and follow-up processes.
Team Management & Development
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop sales representatives.
  • Conduct performance coaching and regular sales reviews.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance.
  • Create incentive programs and sales contests to drive engagement and productivity.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
  • Oversee outbound calling campaigns and prospecting activities.
  • Ensure effective lead qualification and nurturing processes.
  • Manage sales pipeline health and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead quality.
CRM & Performance Analytics
  • Utilize CRM platforms to monitor sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Generate reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and prospect records.
Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve sales productivity.
  • Optimize call handling, follow-up cadence, and conversion strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the sales function.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to enhance team performance.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
Experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or call center sales operations.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a B2B sales call center team.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and inside sales management.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and performance tracking tools.
