Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

BYJU'S is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join its Vijayawada team. You will turn raw operational data into clear, trustworthy analysis, and work directly with the people who use it to run the business. About the role As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at BYJU'S, your core responsibility is building the BI layer and self-serve reporting the business depends on. You will work in Power BI, SQL and DAX every day, partner with business stakeholders to understand what they actually need, and deliver analysis that is accurate, reproducible and easy to act on. Candidates from any recognised university are welcome. • Graduation year: any, provided the experience requirement is met. • Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA in the highest qualification (indicative — strong practical skills can offset this). • Experience: 1–4 years in analytics, reporting, MIS or a closely related function. • Technical skills: Power BI, SQL, DAX, Data Modelling, Tableau, ETL Concepts. • Soft skills: structured thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, ownership and the confidence to flag a number that looks wrong.
