About the role The Brand Manager at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is the bridge between market insight and field execution. Your work centres on owning brand strategy, positioning and P&L-linked performance for an assigned therapy area using IQVIA/AWACS data, MS Excel and brand-tracking dashboards, and on making sure every campaign that reaches a doctor's desk is on-brand, compliant and backed by data. Candidates from any recognised university are welcome. • Graduation year: any, provided the experience requirement is met. • Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA in the highest qualification (indicative — strong practical skills can offset this). • Experience: 4–8 years in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, product management or a closely related commercial function. • Technical skills: Brand Strategy & Positioning, P&L Ownership, Market Research Interpretation, Campaign Planning, Doctor/KOL Engagement, Sales & Marketing Alignment. • Soft skills: structured brand thinking, stakeholder communication with sales and medical teams, ownership and the judgement to flag a campaign or claim that will not clear compliance.
