Full time in Gurgaon

Elevait is a B2B Brand Marketing and PR company focused on the industrial tech, deep tech and manufacturing sectors. Our vision is to power communications for the sectors that power India.

We are a team of communications, marketing, and branding professionals who combine B2B depth with B2C storytelling to help brands build authority, create demand, and drive business growth through strategic communications, content, PR, AI, and digital marketing.

We’ve partnered with Indian and global companies across diverse business challenges - from entering new markets and generating demand to building thought leadership, driving digital visibility, launching brands, and creating advocacy for strategic technology and industrial businesses.

Our clients include Tech Mahindra, Cyient, Jack Power, SWIF, RoadCast, Ingram, and several emerging technology companies.

We create brand stories. Build authority. Generate demand.

We’re looking for communications professionals with a strong Public Relations background who are excited to go beyond traditional PR and help shape the narratives of companies building the future.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategic communications, content, and digital marketing, while gaining exposure to how integrated communications create measurable business impact. You’ll work with founders, innovators, and industry leaders across AI, space, deep tech, manufacturing, climate tech, and other critical technology sectors that are strengthening India’s innovation ecosystem and global competitiveness.

Mindset needed – Rigorous about doing the important, boring work while maintaining other interests in life. If you’re naturally curious, enjoy understanding complex technologies, and love transforming them into compelling stories that influence customers, investors, media, policymakers, and other stakeholders, you’ll thrive in this role.

What you’ll do

  • Develop integrated content and communication strategies for B2B, technology, and innovation-led brands.
  • Simplify complex technologies, products, and business concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
  • Write thought leadership articles, blogs, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Shape founder and leadership narratives across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Draft press releases, media pitches, award submissions, and other PR collateral.
  • Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and industry publications.
  • Support media outreach and execute integrated PR campaigns.
  • Plan and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic brand communication.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience across public relations, content, and social media—someone who understands how these disciplines work together to build brands and drive business outcomes. This isn’t a role for someone focused only on copywriting or social media management.
