About the job:

This Associate - Back Office (Shipping & Logistics) role is with WNS, Part of Capgemini, an Agentic AI-powered leader in intelligent operations and transformation, serving more than 700 clients across 10 industries.

Key responsibilities:

1. Review the events video clips.
2. Mark the driver behavior as per the event following as defined in the BD.
3. Capture the loaded driver log as per instructions.
4. Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPI's.
5. Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.
6. Work effectively in a group and collaborates with the team effectively.

Work Schedule: This role follows rotational shifts and rotational week-offs, with 5 days of working.
