Position Title: Area Sales Manager System AC & Commercial HVAC Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Industry: Consumer Electronics (System Air Conditioner) Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Experience: Min 4+ Years of B2B project sales or premium channel sales experience within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or centralized System AC industry. Job Description: 1. Position Purpose The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for System AC is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market penetration, and establishing brand dominance for our commercial air conditioning portfoliospecifically encompassing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF/VRV) systems, Ductable Splits, and specialized packaged solutions. This strategic role requires an equal focus on project sales, channel partner enablement, and structured relationship management with high-influence B2B stakeholders, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) consultants, HVAC contractors, commercial architects, and key real estate developers. 2. Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas (KRAs) Formulate and execute a robust multi-quarter sales strategy to consistently achieve or exceed regional revenue, volume, and profit-margin targets for the System AC portfolio.Proactively identify, track, and qualify upcoming commercial real estate, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and high-end residential infrastructure projects in the designated zone.Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial technical discovery and engineering specification mapping to structured commercial negotiations, contract evaluation, and final order finalization.Collaborate with the cross-functional operations team to ensure seamless product delivery, deployment oversight, and project handover in accordance with strict client timelines. Identify and onboard high-capability System AC Dealers & HVAC ContractorsPartner with MEP consultants, architects and ContractorsSystematically track and analyze competitor technical enhancements, pricing benchmarks, margin policies, and structural distribution shifts within the region. 3. Professional Experience Min 4+ Years of B2B project sales or premium channel sales experience within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or centralized System AC industry.Proven track record of directly securing high-value orders (e.g., individual project tickets exceeding standard commercial thresholds) in the commercial real estate or industrial domain.Demonstrable existing active relationships MEP consultants and contractors across the assigned regional territory.Deep technical command of commercial HVAC dynamics, architectural constraints, VRF selection metrics, low-side vs high-side HVAC execution, and air-distribution principles.Advanced mastery over commercial contract evaluation, project risk containment, margin optimization, and structured strategic price mapping.Exceptional verbal, written, and cross-cultural communication skills
