Amazon Listing Executive - Global and India (Work From Home)

AMAZON LISTING EXECUTIVE - GLOBAL AND INDIA (Full Time, Work From Home)

About us

We are a Surat based family jewellery group, making jewellery since 1997. Our brands include Chahna Jewels, Surati Jewellery Factory and Silverique, and we work in fine jewellery, gold and diamond jewellery and lab grown diamond jewellery, with our own manufacturing unit in Surat.

We are now putting our catalogue on Amazon properly, starting with Amazon's global marketplaces and then Amazon India, and we need one person whose whole job is to get our listings right.

About the role

This role is only about Amazon listings. No ads, no social media, no marketing. Just building clean, complete, high quality product listings that show up in search and convert.

Global Amazon is the priority (Amazon US, UK, UAE and other Amazon Global Selling marketplaces), followed by Amazon India.

What you will be doing

- Creating new product listings in Seller Central, one by one and in bulk through flat files and category templates

- Writing titles, bullet points, descriptions and backend search terms that follow Amazon's rules for each marketplace

- Choosing the right category and browse node, and filling every jewellery attribute correctly: metal type and purity, stone type, carat weight, colour, clarity, certification and sizes

- Setting up parent and child variations, for example ring sizes, metal colours and purities

- Making sure product images meet Amazon's image requirements

- Taking listings live on international marketplaces and keeping them consistent across countries

- Fixing suppressed, inactive or error listings and keeping the catalogue healthy

- Keeping a simple record of every listing you create, so we always know what is live and where

What we need from you

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience creating Amazon listings yourself, not just watching someone else do it

- Experience on Amazon's global marketplaces is a big plus, and experience on Amazon India is expected

- You know your way around Seller Central: Add a Product, flat file uploads, variation themes, GTIN and exemptions, category approvals and listing quality issues

- You understand how Amazon search works and how to research keywords for a listing

- Good written English, because most of these listings are for international buyers

- You can work on your own, stick to deadlines and keep your work organised

Nice to have

- Jewellery, diamond or gemstone listing experience

- Brand Registry and A+ content experience

- Keyword tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
