This will be a hybrid work set-up.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Bloom AI is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 3–4 years of experience building and deploying AI solutions, with at least 1 year in Microsoft ecosystem (AI Hub, AI Foundry). This is a practical engineering role spanning solution design, development and deployment. You will work closely with clients, consultants and other engineers to turn business workflows into reliable AI solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Design and build multi-agent solutions for marketing and other use cases</li><li>Develop agents that combine enterprise data, external signals and business context</li><li>Build workflow orchestration, tool integrations, APIs and retrieval pipelines</li><li>Deploy solutions within clients’ Microsoft environments</li><li>Establish evaluation, monitoring and human-review mechanisms</li><li>Translate marketing requirements into clear technical designs</li><li>Participate in client discussions, demonstrations and solution workshops</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We're Looking For</p><p><br></p><ul><li>3–4 years of software, data or AI engineering experience</li><li>Hands on Azure experience (AI Foundry, AI Hub, etc.)</li><li>Experience building production-grade generative AI or agentic applications</li><li>Good understanding of models, APIs and MCPs</li><li>Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration, RAG, LLM APIs and structured outputs</li><li>Understanding of marketing workflows such as content, campaigns, customer intelligence, personalization or analytics</li><li>Strong Python skills and experience working with APIs and cloud services</li><li>Familiarity with evaluation, observability, security and responsible AI practices</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Experience</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry/Studio and Azure OpenAI</li><li>Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint or Dynamics 365</li><li>Building AI solutions within enterprise environments</li><li>Working directly with client teams</li></ul><p><br></p>
