ABOUT CLIENT
—
Algomarketing is partnering with our client’s Marketing team to set up a dedicated MENA creative studio. The studio produces locally relevant, performance-led creative for Gemini, Google AI Mode and other client products, with Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Egypt as primary markets and Morocco and Iraq as secondary markets. It covers two workstreams: original lower-funnel content built from scratch, and adaptation of global and regional campaigns for local markets. Brand strategy and big-idea concepts stay with our client’s lead agency; the studio owns everything from local origination through to resizing, formatting and handoff to the media agency.

ABOUT THE ROLE
—
We are looking for a senior AI Designer to lead static, display and UI-led design for our client’s new MENA creative studio. You will experiment with AI constantly, follow new model releases, and treat prompt writing as part of the creative craft.
You will design product-led creative for Gemini and Google AI Mode, including UI compositions, display banners, statics and story carousels, for KSA, Egypt, Morocco and Iraq. The work spans original lower-funnel campaigns and adaptations of global and regional work, with a large volume of resizes delivered to the media plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
—
Display and static design
  • Design display banners (HTML5, GIF and static) and static images in 1:1, 4:5 and 1.91:1.
  • Create story carousels and composites: 9:16 sequences, static tiles and logo lock-ups.
  • Build scalable master layouts so 180 to 250 resizes per campaign can be produced quickly and accurately.
UI and product-led creative
  • Create product UI compositions and screens that show Gemini and Google AI Mode features clearly in Arabic and English.
  • Adapt UI and layouts for right-to-left reading, working with copywriters on Arabic typography.
  • Keep work consistent with Google brand and product guidelines.
AI-enabled design
  • Use generative AI tools (such as Gemini and Imagen) for concepting, image generation, compositing and versioning.
  • Develop prompt libraries and repeatable workflows the studio can reuse.
  • Follow new model releases and test how they can improve speed and quality.
REQUIREMENTS
—
  • 7+ years of digital design experience across display, social and static, in an agency, studio or in-house team.
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); HTML5 banner tools such as Google Web Designer are a plus.
  • Strong portfolio including UI or product-led design and performance display work.
  • Hands-on, regular use of generative AI image tools, with examples of AI-assisted work.
  • Experience with Arabic typography and right-to-left layouts is a strong plus.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
—
  • Experimental and curious, always testing new tools and techniques.
  • Precise and detail-oriented across many sizes and versions.
  • Works well under pressure and at volume.
  • Collaborative and open to feedback.
