Position: Part-Time Accountant (3 Days/Week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Enter daily sales and purchase transactions of Shri Sai Traders into Tally Prime.

  • Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and customer/vendor payments.

  • Prepare and file GST reports and maintain GST-related records.

  • Verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account statements.

  • Ensure timely reconciliation of all transactions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Tally Prime is mandatory.

  • Good knowledge of GST, accounting principles, and bank reconciliation.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in bookkeeping.

  • Prior accounting experience preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Part-Time

  • 3 Days per Week

Salary

  • Negotiable based on experience.
