Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and documenting potential security vulnerabilities and risks across company-owned websites, applications, and digital assets.
- Perform basic security assessments and vulnerability checks under the guidance of the technical team.
- Monitor websites and digital assets for unusual activity, suspicious changes, unauthorized modifications, or potential security issues.
- Assist in reviewing basic access controls, user permissions, authentication mechanisms, and account security.
- Help identify common web security risks such as broken authentication, insecure configurations, exposed information, and improper access controls.
- Conduct basic security testing using authorised tools and techniques in company-owned environments.
- Help review security logs and identify unusual patterns or activities that may require further investigation.
- Assist in maintaining security checklists, vulnerability reports, incident records, and documentation.
- Help identify opportunities to improve website, application, database, and backend security practices.
- Research emerging cybersecurity threats and security best practices relevant to CRM and SaaS platforms.
- Assist in implementing basic security hygiene measures such as strong authentication, access control, secure configuration, backups, and credential management.
- Work with the technical team to follow up on identified vulnerabilities and verify whether corrective measures have been implemented.
